• Your order details (name, e-mail, phone, delivery address, order content): to make, ship and invoice your order, and answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• The photos and texts you want engraved: only to make your piece.
• Your e-mail address when you sign in: to send you a sign-in link to your orders.
• How you use the website (pages viewed, clicks, journey through the configurator, screen size, country): to understand where visitors hesitate and improve the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and what you type, the photos you upload and your engraving previews are never recorded.

We sell nothing, share nothing for advertising, and send no newsletter.

• Photos to engrave: deleted 30 days after your order is shipped (or 30 days after upload if no order was placed).
• Order previews: deleted 60 days after the order.
• Videos of your piece: deleted 30 days after your order is shipped or cancelled.
• Order details: 3 years after your last order, for customer service and warranty claims.
• Invoices: 10 years, as required by French accounting law.
• Backup copies: deleted after 14 days.

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): website and database hosting.
• Resend (United States): sending order e-mails, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Google Drive (Google, United States): storage of our backup copies, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• PostHog (hosted in the European Union): audience measurement and recording of visitor journeys, without cookies, with form fields and images masked.
• Our payment provider: card payment. We never see your card number.
• La Poste: delivery of your parcel (name, address, phone).

No advertising or tracking cookies. Only what the website needs to work: your basket (stored in your browser) and, if you sign in, a session cookie. These need no consent. Audience measurement stores nothing on your device; you can still switch it off for this browser:
